ARTISTS & PROGRAMMING
New York City-based electronic trio Public Circuit translates the city's constant stream of noise and frenetic energy into a synthetic, 100% electronic soundscape, stripped of excess and brimming with power. Any pretense of a retro revival is gone—the result is something sharper, darker, and entirely personal.
DEAFDEAFDEAF have carved out a unique niche for themselves. Unclassifiable, yet still revealing their influences, the band has already amassed an impressive catalog of tracks, especially at such an early stage in their career. Gradually establishing themselves as a band to watch on the live scene, they possess a true gift for creating atmosphere and orchestrating chaos, even in the most unusual venues.
With a dynamic career spanning 37 years across the global DJ scene, Frankie Flowerz is a prominent artist who has continued to thrive in his hometown of Berlin since 1997. As one of the masterminds behind Electric Monday, he hosts (with his partner Ricardo Rodriguez), is the booker and resident DJ of the legendary weekly event at Kitkat Club, Berlin.
His signature style blends the essence of house music with irresistible funk and soulful vibes, carefully selected disco and percussive breaks, and a touch of techno—all meticulously chosen and mixed to raise the energy level when the moment demands it. With a diverse musical palette cultivated since his early immersion in music, Frankie's sets are a testament to his boundless creativity and passion!
Ricardo Rodriguez, born in Constance (Southern Germany), has lived in Berlin since 1988 and has shaped the city's club culture. He has worked as a DJ since 1986. His sets are always very varied: Techno, TechHouse and Indie Dance with surprising, retro and innovative rhythmic styles.
With his partner Frankie Flowerz, he has been organizing the "Electric" parties since 2008.
"Electric Monday," which takes place every Monday at KitKatClub in Berlin, after a successful debut at Roter Salon and Tresor, is synonymous with innovative electronic music combining different electronic styles on the dance floor.
Ricardo Rodriguez created several clubs in Berlin from 1994 to 2005, including the legendary Toaster Club and Casino Berlin, the Mecca of the Berlin techno scene.
Coco (aka Coco Berlin) is a techno/minimal DJ and producer who has been active in the Berlin club scene for over 20 years. He is particularly known for organizing the 36-hour underground party Betriebsfeier at Hoppetosse and for playing regularly at major Berlin clubs such as Sisyphos, Kater, and Watergate. He also tours Europe, releases productions on several labels, and recently founded his own label, Kataloc.
Dropthedyle on the decks is one half of the duo Force EternL, going completely freewheeling. A wide-ranging and eclectic mix: from South to North and West to East. Rhythm, breaks, fills, bass, groove, drops… From punk to afrobeat, cumbia to gabber, hip-hop to dub, by way of acid and jungle… Sometimes kitschy or B-sides, depending on the mood on the dance floor. A feel-good set, and more if you're into it!
